Shopify Integration — Our Core Feature

Connect your Shopify store once and import any CraftBridge product directly to your store with a single click. Products sync with title, description, images, and pricing. No CSV exports, no manual entry.

Step 1
Browse Artisan Products

Start by exploring the catalog. Every supplier is hand-vetted — real artisans making real things.

8 categories available:
  • Ceramics & Pottery — mugs, bowls, vases
  • Leather Goods — wallets, bags, belts
  • Jewelry — handmade rings, necklaces, earrings
  • Skincare — small-batch soaps, balms, oils
  • Woodwork, Textiles, Home Decor, Small Batch Food

Each product shows wholesale price, lead time, minimum order quantity, and supplier tier (New Artisan → Verified → Trusted → Master).

Step 2
Connect Your Shopify Store

One-time OAuth connection. Takes about 30 seconds.

How to connect:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations (sidebar)
  2. Enter your store URL: your-store.myshopify.com
  3. Click Connect Store — you'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize
  4. Approve the CraftBridge app, and you're connected

Once connected, a ⬆ Shopify button appears on every product card in the catalog.

Step 3
Import Products to Your Store

Find a product you want to sell. Hit the button. Done.

Import flow:
  • Browse catalog — each card shows the ⬆ Shopify button
  • Click it — CraftBridge syncs the product to your Shopify admin
  • The button turns ✓ Imported (prevents duplicates)
  • In Shopify: go to Products → find your new item → set it to Active to publish

What syncs: product title, full description, all images, SKU (CB-{id}), and retail price.

Step 4
Place Your First Order

When a customer buys through your store, place a wholesale order through CraftBridge to fulfil it.

Ordering flow:
  • Click Order Now on any product card
  • Enter quantity (respects minimum order quantity), shipping address, and any notes
  • Review the total — CraftBridge charges wholesale price + 15% platform fee
  • Pay via Stripe checkout — secure, card or bank transfer
  • Order status tracks: Pending → Confirmed → In Production → Shipped → Delivered

Pricing during beta: CraftBridge platform access is free. You only pay the supplier's wholesale price + the 15% fulfilment fee per order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — merchant accounts are completely free during the beta period. There's no monthly fee and no setup cost. You pay only the supplier's wholesale price plus a 15% platform/fulfilment fee per order placed. No hidden charges.
Each product has its own minimum order quantity (MOQ) set by the supplier — typically 1–10 units. You'll see the MOQ on every product card and order form. There's no platform-wide minimum.
Shipping is handled by the supplier and coordinated through CraftBridge. Lead times vary by product (typically 3–14 days) and are shown on each product card. You provide your shipping address at order time, and CraftBridge coordinates delivery with the artisan.
Every supplier on CraftBridge is reviewed before their products appear in the catalog. We verify they're genuine artisans, review product quality, and ensure accurate descriptions. Suppliers have tier badges (New Artisan → Verified → Trusted → Master) earned over time based on order performance and reviews.
CraftBridge only requests write_products scope — the minimum needed to create product listings in your Shopify store. We never read your customer data, orders, or financial information. You can disconnect at any time from Dashboard → Integrations.
Yes, at any time. Go to Dashboard → Integrations and click Disconnect. Products already imported to Shopify will remain in your Shopify store — disconnecting only removes the ability to import new products.
