These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CraftBridge platform. By creating an account or using CraftBridge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
CraftBridge is a B2B wholesale marketplace that connects independent artisan suppliers with Shopify merchants. We facilitate orders and payments; we are not a party to contracts between suppliers and merchants.
1. Accounts
You must create an account to use CraftBridge. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when registering
- Keeping your password secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of any business you represent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users.
2. Merchants
Merchants use CraftBridge to discover and purchase wholesale artisan products for resale via their Shopify stores.
What you can do: Browse the catalog, place orders, connect your Shopify store, and import products.
What you must not do:
- Resell products in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Misrepresent the origin or nature of products to your customers
- Use CraftBridge for any unlawful purpose
Orders: When you place an order, you commit to purchasing the specified products at the agreed price. Orders are binding once placed. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement, subject to supplier approval.
Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe. The total charged includes the wholesale price plus a 15% platform fee. Prices are in USD.
3. Suppliers (Artisans)
Suppliers list handmade and artisan products for wholesale to merchants.
What you must do:
- List only products you have the right to sell
- Accurately describe products (materials, origin, lead time, minimum order quantities)
- Fulfill confirmed orders within your stated lead time
- Notify merchants promptly if an order cannot be fulfilled
Product requirements: All products must be genuinely handmade or artisan-crafted. Mass-manufactured products may be removed at our discretion.
4. Commission Structure
When an order is paid, the revenue is split as follows:

The 70/30 split is calculated from the order subtotal (wholesale price × quantity). The merchant-facing 15% platform fee is separate and collected from the merchant at checkout.
Suppliers may request payouts of their available balance at any time. Payouts are processed manually and typically completed within 5 business days.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not use CraftBridge to:
- List or sell counterfeit, stolen, or infringing products
- Engage in price manipulation, fake orders, or fraudulent activity
- Harvest data, scrape the platform, or use automated tools not authorized by us
- Circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform with users you met through CraftBridge
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with the platform's security or functionality
6. Disputes Between Merchants and Suppliers
CraftBridge is a marketplace, not a party to transactions between merchants and suppliers. We encourage parties to resolve disputes directly.
If you cannot resolve a dispute, contact us at craftbridge@polsia.app and we will attempt to mediate in good faith.
For unresolved payment disputes, Stripe's dispute resolution process applies to card chargebacks.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create (product listings, photos, descriptions). By listing content on CraftBridge, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote it on the platform.
The CraftBridge name, logo, and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFTBRIDGE AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business
- Actions or omissions of suppliers or merchants
- Issues with product quality, shipping, or fulfillment
- Third-party service failures (Stripe, Shopify, etc.)
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 90 days before the claim.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
We do not endorse, verify, or warrant any supplier's products. Merchants should conduct their own due diligence before ordering.
10. Account Termination
By you: You may close your account at any time by emailing craftbridge@polsia.app. Pending orders must be fulfilled or cancelled before account closure. Suppliers with outstanding payable balances will receive final payout before closure.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or in our judgment pose a risk to other users or the platform. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration.
